Allen Murphy is the leader of a gang called the Murphy Gang that operates out of Hoover County. Him and his gang are constantly at war with the Gambetti Crime Family as Murphy's gang runs most of the drug operations and racketeering out of Las Venturas.
It is said that before the game began, Allen killed one of the gang's most trusted enforcers.
