Amar was born in the year 1997, in United Kingdom, London, to her British mother and her French father. She is a employer of the Rabbit company, that was based on Reddit. In August 2018, Neuville's father David Neuville was sentenced to 22 years in prison for raping and torturing a 10-year-old girl in the attic of the home shared by him, his wife Tina Neuville, and David. David's father had been reported to the police in 2015 and charged in November 2016. Following this, David chose her father as her election agent for the 2017 general election and also the 2018 council elections. David had given her father's name as "Baloo Neuville" on campaign materials, later commenting that he was known locally by this nickname. After her father's sentencing, David – who insisted she did not know the allegations against her father in full – stood down from the Blue Party's deputy leadership election.

In March 2021, she was hired by Rabbit, as she wills to "handle up things even more", but the situation had gone worse where the subrabbits (based on Subreddits) have made protests against her activities such as pedophilia. As well, she had banned Bayram Özdemir, a Turkish-Swiss businessman, to enter the website for 3 days, in order to not let him see Amaro "screw up" the r/CavernOfSorrow subrabbit, planing for the "monkey bussiness". Also, it's reported that she had connections with the gray-hat hackers from Russia, Germany, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Japan and Canada, who tries to sell data publicly to others, as well as delivering various importnant stuff to others (which majorly includes black-hat hackers), including leaking the source codes of the upcoming Cavern of Sorrow: Dynasty Sequel game. One of the victims where Arjun Singh, an Indian artist and the creator of three deities; Kurjan (Chaotic Evil/God of Hell's Sun), Mubanqa (Lawful Good/God of Endurance) and Menko (Lawful Good/God of Meditation and Order).
It's also reported, that these hackers attacked 3 employees, who worked at the Turkish Nioka factory, who's against Amaro, due to supporting her father, even if he commited crimes of childeren. One of the victims, Ahmet Demirel, said that Amaro was doing illegitimate business against workers, the same way her father doing illegal business during elections at blue party, which is also related to arrogantly attacking workers.
Amaro disputed everything, claiming that there was no evidence, but this was no simple protection from the fury, and she subsequently realized that no barrier could keep Amaro safe and allow her to perpetrate offenses all over again.
The CEO of Rabbit, Cody Pedro, have fired Amaro and wanted to rather hire David Miller as the employer. Cody said "The reason why Amaro was a pedophile idiot was because, many Rabbiters became angry about her life hired. I wanted to hire Daniel Miller, the brother of Pedro Miller, as the employee." According to Pedro Miller, he said that Daniel Miller was his brother, and wanted to accuse Amaro's actions. Amaro was later arrested by the British Police for pedophilia.
Later, the CEO of Rabbit who replaced Amaro, Cody Pedro, later apologized to the Rabbiters (based on redditors) and even Bayram Özdemir for the mess, and he once hired David Miller, who was the brother of Pedro Miller, who was later nicknamed "The Good CEO". Bayram Özdemir later, announced the people on Rabbit, why he was unactive on Rabbit, making fans' questions answered on his radio show lately. He later said this in "a such advenced" way, later, on his radio show. Also, the Filipino gamer Joshua Gatchalian thanked Cody for all the improvements and "rescuing him", because most of his accounts where controlled by the same hackers who was involved with Amaro, which are later arrested, mostly in Russia and Kazakhstan.
