Anywhere City is a minor city in the Bullworth County with a high gang-related crime-rate as it was home to seven crime syndicates. It is also one of the few cities that never reduced the number of payphones it has.
Description[]
It has a total of 14 districts with a number of neighborhoods. It is considered an ethnic capital give the number of the ethnic enclaves in the city. And has a demographic of 50% White Americans and Slavics, 25% Asian-Americans, 15% Afro-Americans, and 10% Hispanic Americans.

The Southeastern district of Anywhere City. It is known for its Ethnic Enclaves and is a mix of commercial district and residential district with an ACPD Precinct in North Pridetown and a Fire Station in Wolfberry Plaza.

Lower Ginseng is North of Chinatown with Red Velvet, Redwood Gardens, and Wolfberry Plaza is Northwest, North, and Northeast of Lower Ginseng. Prospect is North of Red Valvet, Redwood Gardens, and Wolfberry Plaza. Chinatown, Lower Ginseng, Red Velvet, and Redwood Gardens are territories belonging to the Anychere City Triads.
Mongolian Heights is Northeast of Prospect, Korean Alleys is North of Prospect, and Little Taipei is Northwest of Prospect. Mongolian Heights is the territory of Carjackers and Little Taipei is the territory of the Anywhere City Baotu.

The Arena District is west of Little Copenhagen and the South area of Viborg. Arena Park is west of the rest of Viborg, North of Little Copenhagen, and south of Rivergate. Disgracelands is West of the AIA with the eastern sections of Disgracelands being South of Snowberry. Snowberry is west of the AIA while its eastern sections were north of Disgracelands. Disgracelands and Snowberry were separated by the Chelsea Canal. The Lance Freeway exits onto the Disgracelands. The Disgracelands is inhabited and occupied by members of the white supremacist gang known as the Neckbeards.
Envy is a north of Snowberry with it being mostly an industrial area consisting of a crane depot, a construction site, a Rail yard, and the location of an old mostly collapsed civil war railroad tunnel. Broken Hill is directly North/Northwest/West of Envy with it being as stated a hilly residential area. The Northern area of Envy consists of Futuro Park with the western entrance accessible from Broken Hill.

Swedetown is North of the Tedium and was one of the territories of the Bjornberg Crime Family alongside Tedium and Saint James. Saint James is west of Swedetown and North of Tedium.
Arts & Crafts District is North of Swedetown with the exception of the western area of Swedetown and east of Bust Heights which is North of Saint James and Western area of Swedetown. The Arts & Crafts District is west of Shady River with at least two bridges leading to Downtown Anywhere City.

Clockworks is Northeast of the City Hall neighborhood which consists of several watchmaker and clock maker stores. Ennis is Northwest of City Hall which has a Hospital, Fire Station, and ACPD Precinct. Ethan Row is east of City Hall. Hoyland Heights is southeast of City Hall. Del Bala is south of City Hall. Les Jeu is West and Southwest of City Hall.
Saint Jesse is west of Les Jeu and Little Helsinki is Southwest of Les Jeu. Les Bijoux is North of Albright and Northwest of Ennis. Little Helsinki and Saint Jesse are gang territories for the Virtanen Crime Family. Jamison is Northeast, East, and Southeast of Clockworks, Ethan Row, and Hoyland Heights respectively with Ace is Northeast of Jamison and Axelbrooke is Southeast of Jamison. The University of Anywhere along with a few Research Centers in Ace and Axelbrooke respectively. Jamison, Ace, and Axelbrooke is territory of SRS.
Jolliet is east of Jamison. Funami is North of Jamison, Ace, and Jolliet. Lubyanka is South of Del Bala and Jamison. Sennora is east of Jolliet, Axebrooke, and Lubyanka. Lubyanka is one of the territories of the Kovski.
Pravda is North and Northwest of Les Bijoux and west of Saint Jesse. It is one of the territories of the Kovski. Yaxley is South of Pravda and west of Lubyanka.

Blue Douglas is the riverside warehouse district and territory of the Carjackers and was south of North Barking which itself was North of Uptown Anywhere City. Crawfish Park is an area of the district of Lower Comrade which originally began as large industrial park before being reduced in size with addition of the Crawfish & Child's Recycling Plant being one of its notable features along with Crawfish & Child's Landfill Yard, Terry Shillings's Sanitation Plant, and a construction site for a new sanitation plant. Additionally, it retains a small park in which Final rivers arches through. Additional districts also include Ivan and Lodov which appear to be new district in the city as the areas were largely under construction.

Anywhere City's law enforcement consists of the ACPD with at least four active precincts while a joint DOA-FIB office exist in Elmo. Additionally, a Special Enforcers depot is in Sunbeam along with a FIB Impound lot.
