Armed and Dangerous is a mission in Grand Theft Auto: Four's a Party given by Krystal Kripke to Elena Salazar. It begins immediately after the conclusion of the previous mission and such starts at the Sweetsmile Motel.
Plot[]
Krystal arrived at the Sweetmile Motel as called over Elena and James as she was just informed that the Anywhere City Northern Hospital reported armed men storming in demanding for the ACPD come to face them for the death of Benny Strait to which Krystal curses Maverick (Elena's pseudonym) for Benny's death as she wanted to put him away for life. Elena told her that she was going to take team with her and James to the hospital as she was leaving and called six of the nearby cops to come with her as they get in her Police Stockade.
As she sped towards the hospital with a number of squad cars following her; Elena told her team that taking down Arthur's people will be necessary but she wants to take Arthur Wilson in. They agreed to do their best not to kill Arthur as they arrive with a Weazel News team already at the scene along with Melissa Kimila arriving on the scene as she was demanding for the person in charge in which Krystal arrived as she ordered Elena and James to control the crowd while she sent her team inside the hospital.
Elena and James stand by the barrier to ensure none of the crowd cross the barriers whether by choosing to "defuse" to situation or threatened the crowd with her taser and choose "defuse" or tackling a bystander and forcing them back behind the barriers. While controlling the crowd; a Loony armed with heavy sniper rifle fired an incendiary round at the Weazel News cameraman, killing him and burning his body while several Loonies tosses molotovs out of the window hitting the crowd setting many of them off fire along with members of Weazel News as they flee from the area. One of the NOOSE members that have arrived maanged to shoot a Loony before she was able to toss her molotov out of the window causing her to drop it at her, setting herself ablaze and starting a fire in the hospital. Krystal orders Elena and James to get into hospital view the ambulance bay.
Elena and James begin making their way over to the ambulance bay as Elena told James to keep his head down to avoid being sniped. As they were moving closer to the ambulance bay; the fire apparently ruptures a nearby oxygen tank resulting in an explosion and sent debris flying out with some fragments from the window nearly spilling over James. They make it to the ambulance bay, however, a loony appeared to be expecting them and activated the security system to shut the door. James handed over his breaching charge to Elena and which she was curious when he got it only to be told that he was given it on their first day to which Elena was shocked because she never received the charges before taking them and heading over to breach the door.
After placing the charge and getting to safe distance away; she detonated the explosive, however, unbeknownst to them; the Loonies had placed explosives behind the door in which exploded as a result; causing debris block off the entrance from the ambulance bay, however, Elena recalls that sewer line ran directly underneath the hospital and got James to follow her.
Elena leads James to sewer cover in which she got him to help her remove the cover before jumping down into sewer. They made their way down until Elena was confident they below first floor bathrooms and placed a breaching charge on the ceiling. After breaching; they help each other climb into the hospital and fight their way through the hospital taking out the loonies while looking for Arthur. As they reached the ceiling/floor above the general medicine ward proceeded to collapse as the fire as on the second floor have spread further. Elena and James were forced to go through an office to get to the over side as while taking out more loonies.
The elevator crashed down behind the elevator doors forcing them to use the stairs instead which takes them to cardiology ward on the top floor in which the ACPD deputies that brought with them were all dead and heavily mangled. Elena was confused when James notice something and shoved Elena into a nearby patient's room in which remote MG began firing down the corridor. James told her that they will have to move up when it reloads and as such with James's instruction the player was able to move past it without getting obliterated in which James angrily tosses the MG out the window as Elena told the surviving doctors and patients to escape before its too late to which they ran towards the stairs.
Just arrived at the president's office; Arthur shoots James in the stomach as he was holding the Doctor and President of the Northern Hospital, Johnson Rourke, hostage as he declared to Elena that he was taking the doctor whether she likes or not as Elena held pressure on James's wound. Krystal orders Elena via comms to forget James and go after with Melissa contacting her told her to ignore Krystal's orders as they can get Arthur another time as he was dragging the doctor away to the roof. Elena got some assistance from a doctor that was able to bandage the wound as they help out of the hospital to which Krystal angrily told two ACPD deputies to arrest Elena for aiding and abetting in Arthur's escape to which Melissa reminded Krystal who she was and told officers that they will be out of job and banned from law enforcement for life if they obeyed as an ambulance took Arthur the hospital with Krystal walking away in a huff. Elena remarked to Melissa that Krystal was convinced that she was dirty and looking for any excuse to arrest to which Melissa informed Elena that Krystal was just looking for a pay job to which she agreed to help deal with her before getting her driver to take her home.

Following the mission - Elena gets a phone call from Mía asking how she's been since she got her husband out of jail in which she gives her a recap of her recent activities before asking for sometime to think.
