BOLO is a mission in Grand Theft Auto: Four's a Party given by IAD Agent Krystal Kripke to the player character Elena Salazar. It's starting location is the OCTF Headquarters between 1830 and 2030 hours.
Plot[]
Elena sat down at her desk making a few reports when Krystal to inform her that the Loonies have become erratic since the death of Benny Strait and a few breaks have occurred in Sweetsmile. Elena asks if they were acting out of revenge to which she believed so as they were looking for the criminal known as "Maverick". Krystal asked her to take James with her to investigate the most recent break in at a motel in Sweetsmile. Elena nodded before getting up and heading for her stockade as she gestured James to follow as Krystal reminded them to keep their comms and bodycams on.
After getting in the police stockade and while making their way over to the Sweetsmile Motel; James reveals to Elena that the death of Benny Strait wasn't only making the Loonies more erratic but also has created a power vacuum within Benny's little Loony gang and reveals that Nacho Collins and Arthur Wilson have taken advantage of. Elena states that they will remain a threat as long as someone has them rallied. Upon arrival; they find that the Loonies patrolling the carpark and Elena decided to sneak through locate which of the two was in the area. As such Elena and James sneak through the motel using their tasers and mouth gags to silence Loonies without getting caught.
However, they are spotted by Nacho Collins and orders the Loonies to kill them as he runs into Room 7. James and Elena were forced to defend themselves against Nacho's goons before breaking into Room 7 in which they were too late as Arthur Wilson was climbing out of the window telling them that he was avenging Benny Strait before stating before Nacho ran out to try to kill them only for Arthur to shoot him dead. Elena tells James to get back to car as she follows Arthur out of the room with James tell her that they will need to take him in and not to kill him.
Elena chased James out from the back of the Motel as he tried what he could to stop her by tossing boxes down to stop her as he led her away from the Motel. He was almost hit by car when running across the road with Elena still on his tail as she was continuously slowed by either pedestrians or cars. He eventually runs across some rails just as a train was approaching forcing Elena to stop. Elena contacts Krystal to ask for BOLO for Arthur Wilson due to his murders to which Krystal agrees before James contacting her via radio to return to the motel.
Elena returns as cops were on scene with an ambulance crew and forensics team as they were removing the bodies of the Loonies. James gestured followed Elena to him as he took her to show Arthur's car which had the bodies of two cops in the back. She noticed that their throats and wrists were cut open before calling one of the paramedic teams over to remove their bodies to which they discover that they were lying atop a large number of Japanese beetles to which Elena noted them as banned in the US due to their destructive nature towards crops along with a large sum of money. James closes the trunk and orders a couple of cops to take it away for testing to which they organize a tow truck as Krystal arrives to with urgency as she calls over Elena and James.

A new entry to the News reveals an overhaul at the Final Mission Sheriff's Department while detailing a large haul of illegal wildlife seized by the OCTF pertaining to the Japanese beetles along with a large some of money which adds mystery to the Strait's gang along with a be on the lookout notice for Arthur Wilson had been made.
