Billy G. Gilliam is a character in Grand Theft Auto series who appears as a main character in Grand Theft Auto: North Yankton Stories.

Billy is a chubby man in his forties, who is interested of weapons and works in one of Ludendorff's Ammu-Nations in North Yankton. Billy has been married once and has two children, but has later divorced.
Billy is a close friend of Tommy Bell, often lending a hand at his liquor store and occasionally assisting with small-time criminal activities.
Events in North Yankton Stories[]
Billy helps Tommy steal a liquor cargo in the beginning of the game.
He and Tommy later help each other when Wayne Heron's gang start causing harm to their businesses after Tommy kills Heron.
Tommy can get discount whenever buying weapons from Billy's Ammu-Nation store. His store is open during 11:00 AM - 18:00 PM.
