Broderick Kenway
Broderick is the Dean of the College of Canusa and a board member of the SRS. He is one of Tyler's blackmail victims and was forced obliged to Tyler's order to not let Tyrone re-enroll. After the death of Tyler Schneider; he is a revealed to be the true main antagonist of the game and the mastermind of the events. He forged Tyrone's student information order to get him over to the College of Canusa so that Tyler would take notice of his initiative and intuitive attitude which resulted Tyler choosing Tyrone as he successor for his business. In the end; Broderick ambitions are realised when Tyler and his top generals are killed by Tyrone crippling his business and thus letting him beginning the "scientific revolution" by gassing Canusa, but he was killed by Tyrone.
Tyler Schneider is the secondary antagonist of Grand Theft Auto: RPG. He is the leader of Schneider and Co. and has managed to get most of Canusa in his pocket due to a massive stash of blackmail.

The Shoppin' Goods store clerk is the first mission boss that Tyrone encounters. Tyrone works as a part time worker doing small odd jobs for the clerk.
