Contact: Elliot "8-Ball" is a DLC included in Liberty City Contacts '98 DLC Pack, which is a part of Grand Theft Auto: Deleted Scenes.

He'll provide various missions about gang management, arms trafficking, vehicle business and etc.

8-Ball had talked with Toni about the Leone members will help him, so the player will have to attack the Triad members in Liberty City, while 8-Ball had ended a shootout and found a red Jester that was damaged, so Toni will have to restore it to the garage. Toni will have to race against the 4 sports cars in Staunton Island until he wins the race.
