The Cossie is a vehicle featured in the first Grand Theft Auto 1 and later returns in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas Living. It is manufactured by Vapid in HD Universe.

The Cossie is based on the Ford Escort RS Cosworth, identified by its twin vent bonnet and rear whale tail spoiler. It is only available in white.
Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas Living[]
The Cossie returns to the HD Universe, with the inspiration comes from the Ford Escord RS Cosworth, with cues from the original Escort and other 90s rally cars. It actually has rally paintjobs based on the liveries of the rally drivers.

- It is featured in two vehicle missions in chapters Gangsta Bang and Heist Almighty, though in neither case is it necessary for completing the mission.
Trivia[]
- Cossie is a common nickname for Cosworth models such as the Escort and Sierra.
- The Cossie was intended to return in Grand Theft Auto Online, though it was renamed as the Retinue upon release in the Smuggler's Run update
