The Delta bears a resemblance to the 1995 Opel Vectra, with the rear lights resembling the 1993 Opel Corsa, and the rear bumper taken from the Peugeot 406. The Delta on the interior has the steering wheel manufactured by Mono Steering and the seats are manufactured by Atomic.

Overall, the Delta has a great top speed and the excellent handling in cornering. It also has the great acceleration in most races and stunt jumps. The Delta, when it is modified, will become very faster which can make it faster during police chases.
