Grand Theft Auto 2[]
The Dementia is a compact car used by the Loonies gang. It is based on the Isetta microcar, evidenced by the internal name and the mission Getta Isetta!, where the player must steal a Dementia Limousine, a stretched variant of the Dementia.
HD Universe[]
The Dementia now returns and it is heavily inspired by the Iso Isetta , with the influences taken from the Biscúter 100, Fiat 600 Multipla, Heinkel Kabine, Peel Trident, Messerschmitt Kabinenroller, SMZ S-3A and Subaru 360. It is very slower and its handling was bad sometimes. However, the special Loonies paintjob is used for the Dementia when customized and it could be faster and slow. Appearantly, it might be an little excellent when going faster and it looks small as an microcar from the 50s.

The Dementia's performance is more or less average. It's got excellent acceleration, but the top speed is pretty mediocre. The handling also leaves a lot to be desired, but due to it being one of the smallest cars in the game, it can easily squeeze into tiny alleyways. It is not armored, so the player can easily destroy it.
