Department of Organized Crime Task Force is a mission in Grand Theft Auto: Four's a Party given to the player character Elena Salazar by Precinct captain Kaleb Barnes. It is started while Elena is in the district of LabRat Square while wearing her police uniform.
Plot[]
Elena was on the street as Kaleb was talking to her about establishing a new task forced known as the Department of Organized Crime Task Forced in which he was able to purchase the old abandoned sugar mill in Envy to act as the OCTF Headquarters, and wants her to pick up James and head over to headquarters in which she'll meet her new superior. Elena wasn't to keen on the transfer but was affirmed that the transfer wasn't a request and it was done. Elena picked up James from his place in Yaxley as she explained that they were being selected to be part of the new task force that Barnes wants following the battle with the Neckbeards. James stated that the transfer will be beneficial to avoid Krystal finding out that they were contributing to the crack business.
Upon arrival; they learn that Krystal had not only survived their encounter with the Neckbeards, but was also the leader of the task force as she was in middle of setting up the office with a few deputies already in the briefing room. Elena approached Krystal in which gestured for her to wait while she was talking on the phone. After hanging up; she told Elena that she wanted to test Elena's skills before leading her to a shooting range for her to polishing her shooting skills by completing each of the challenges. After completing four available challenges including the Sawed-off Shotgun moving target challenge; Elena was led to a driving test site to have her learn new skills. After to learning the PIT Maneuver; Elena was led to the briefing room where she learns that they were teaming up with the FIB, DOA, BON, and TEDFAC to combat the Organized Crime in the city.
Elena and James had changed into a new ballistics police uniform which gives her better protection against bullets. Krystal revealed that Bryan Samuels was a member of the Neckbeards and was the recent source of the krokodil as she points out that Queens in the UK was recently dealing with a krokodil epidemic and doesn't want to face one when they were already dealing with a mephedrone epidemic in the state. Krystal tells Elena to lead a team over to his trailer park in Disgracelands to apprehend Bryan to which she agreed.
Elena approached the unique Police Stockade that was parked outside as Krystal told her that she was going to use it while working for OCTF instead of her Police Cruiser. Elena and James get in the front with their teammates entering the back of police stockade as Elena set out for the trailer park.
With the taser provided in the stockade; Elena exits with James as their team joined with Elena ordering Bryan Samuels out as she had a warrant for his arrest. However, a fire fight broke out as the OCTF and Neckbeards battle each other. As Elena gets close to Bryan's trailer; he pushed the door onto her causing her to fall over as he tried to flee prompting Elena and James to give chase and fight through the additional Neckbeards. Just as Elena was about to catch up to Bryan; a stray bullet whizzed past Elena and struck a gas canister causing to explode; destroying the nearby outhouses and causing a nearby gas tank to explode and destroy Bryan's trailer. Elena, James, and Bryan were knocked off their feet due the explosion only to recover and resume the chase before Elena uses the taser on Bryan before cuffing him zip cuffs.
The player with the help of James will have to force Bryan over to the Police Stockade while he struggles and tries to resist. Elena takes Bryan back to the OCTF headquarters with James in the front and her team in the back after which that Krystal tells her that they will need to do more training and assignment before going after the Yakuza to deal with the mephedrone problem. Elena agreed as Krystal told that she get everything in order.
If the player had completed Kingdom Come prior the game will progress a week and a half from this mission.

- Force Bryan into the Elena's Stockade.
- Drive back to the OCTF Headquarters.

Elena temporarily gains a new Police Cruiser in this mission after her original one was disable after its engine was damaged before being replaced with a black and gold Police Stockade which has a passenger capacity of eight rather than three.
