Plot[]

Vincent walked into the his room with a phone directory before dropping it to the ground as he noticed his room has been trashed before rushing over to see that the Despair has been stolen just as Benjamin and Caroline Bien-Aime with Benjamin asking about the painting only to notice the damage. Benjamin was shocked before noticing a pair of shades. Benjamin revealed belonged to a member of the Nguyen Boys. Vincent asked about the Nguyen Boys in which he was told that it was serious Vietnamese criminal organization and tried to persuade him from going after them, but Vincent told him that he wasn't unafraid of them before walking over to his briefcase and pulled out a Double-Action Revolver before turning to Benjamin and told him that he wasn't going to let $100,900 slipped through his fingers as he Benjamin reluctantly told him that there's a rumor that 545 North Street was the residence of a Nguyen Boy.

Vincent made his way over to 545 North Street in which he forced himself inside as the homeowner told him that he had no idea who he was messing with before a pair of Nguyen Boys emerged from a room each. He proceeded to take out the two Nguyen Boys before pistol-whipping the homeowner as showed the homeowner the shades and demanded to know who who they belonged to. The homeowner revealed that they belonged to Tai Cam with Vincent demanding to know where he can find Tai, but the homeowner refused answer - prompting Vincent to shoot the homeowner in the foot. The homeowner caved and told him that Tai usually hangs out in the parking lot on Flynn Street. Vincent thanked him before knocking the homeowner and made his way over to the Parking Lot in Nguyen.

Vincent arrived at the parking lot and marched over to a pair of Nguyen Boys in which he asked for Tai with them telling him that he needed to leave as they told him that Tai was going to sell the painting and get good payday for the Nguyen Boys. Tai exited from room 16 and noticed Vincent, Tai smirked and told Vincent that do more paintings for him calling Vincent - his "meal ticket". Vincent shot both of the Nguyen Boys in front of him but ducking behind an admiral - shocking Tai as he told ordered his fellow Nguyen Boys to kill Vincent before going back into his room. Vincent took down the Nguyen Boys before making his way up to the third floor and approached Room 16 only for the door to swing open almost hitting him as Tai fled the room and jump down into the dumpster on the ground floor before he got in a Manana with Vincent going after him.

Vincent chased after Tai Cam as he fled from the complex as Vincent chased him. After Tai's car had been significantly damaged, shot, or Tai had been shot, cinematics will take over as Vincent shoots Tai's back tore causing Tai crash. Tai crawled out of the car and as he just about to mention how he found.out about the painting, Vincent wasted no time he shoot him in the head before locating the painting and taking it back to the Art Studio.
