Cesar says Devil is about to leave San Fierro after the deal with San Fierro Rifa in Loco Syndicate Crack Factory. CJ and Cesar does not want to see the riot's again. So they break the deal in Factory and Devil flees with his Red Bullet GT. CJ had to kill Devil before he makes it to San Fierro International Airport after a long way of chase.
