Elena Salazar is a playable character of Grand Theft Auto: Four's a Party as well as a deputy of the Anywhere City Police Department, and leader of her own crew.
Appearance[]
Elena is a 5'7" woman with light brown hair, dark brown eyes, light olive skin, an athletic build, and has an oval-shape face. She is considered to be a very beautiful and attractive woman. Her initial appearances have her in a midnight blue police uniform and a midnight blue jeans, white sneakers, black sleeveless v-neck top, and red socks.
Her initial appearance when committing crimes consists of a black uniform with black gloves and black boots along with a brown paper bag.
Personality[]
Elena is a daring, cunning, intelligent, and calculating individual as she uses her job as a Deputy to distribute her line of cocaine to minorities of Chippewa while also being able to recognise a potential threat. She can also be hot-headed, blunt, and neutral-minded at times. Elena is a noted to be expert at disguises by Gray Thompson in which she always uses disguises that hides her appearance and gender as well as sometimes uses a voice changer or voice modulator to prevent identification.
Elena is also a hypocrite in which while she herself is a corrupt cop; she criticizes other law and government officials for being corrupt or using nefarious means to get in office as she openly detested Gray Thompson uses of electoral fraud to win the mayoral race.
While Elena is willing to deal cocaine and heroin; she refuses to even touch krokodil or mephedrone.
Background[]
Elena was born to a Salvadoran father and American mother. At age 19 - she attended police academy and became traffic cop for the ACPD before eventually being intrigued with the production of cocaine and formed her own crew before dealing it to minorities.
