By her 30s, her skills caught the attention of Mr. Green, who personally recruited her into his network of contract killers. She quickly became one of the best operatives, proving herself as the best markswomen in the crew. She also began mentoring (or mothering) younger assassins like Rip Callander and Wayne Heron.
By her 40s, she stepped away from fieldwork, transitioning into a handler, organizing paperwork, targets, and payments. She transformed Save Golden Company from a rugged operation into a one of the most effective assassin enterprises in the underworld.
By her 50s, "SGC" had gone international, expanding its network beyond Los Santos, handling high-profile assassinations for clients across the world. Despite stepping further into the shadows, Elvira remains the mastermind.

Favoring poisons and manipulating her kills to appear as accidental deaths, she was also the crew's most skilled sniper, capable of executing long-range assassinations with deadly precision, taking out multiple targets before they even realized they were being hunted.
Now running Save Golden Company in 2025, she has transformed it into a global assassination network, overseeing high-profile contracts from the shadows while ensuring the business of death remains as efficient as ever.
Personality
All the time, Elvira maintains a professional, focused, and serious demeanor, but with a slight personal touch. While she runs Save Golden Company with ruthless efficiency, she has also become a mother figure to many of the assassins under her wing. Whether it's offering guidance, enforcing discipline, or ensuring they don't get themselves killed, she cares for them in her own sharp, no-nonsense way, though she'd never openly admit it.
The only exception is Maximo, who grinds her gears like no one else. He never listens, always does the opposite of what she says, and seems to go out of his way to test her patience, not out of defiance, but purely to get a rise out of her. No matter how many times she scolds him, he keeps doing things his way. Yet, despite the constant headaches he gives her, she still keeps him close, knowing that, in the end, he's one of, if not her best killer.
