Finn Mulholland is a main character in the game, Grand Theft Auto: Las Venturas.

Finnegan was born in 1983 to a Korean mother and Irish father in the city of Las Venturas. Seeing as his family was poor, he turned to crime in order to steal valuable items before selling them as a teenager. After he moved out he continued doing crime by himself, eventually moving into an apartment building. As Finnegan was fast on his feet, he would sometimes steal drugs from dealers and cartels and sell the product himself. At some point, he met Patrick Perry, and the two became friends over their shared admiration of automotives.

Finnegan is—to some extent—a showoff, even though he doesn’t have much to boast about. He’s obsessed with fast cars and often participates in illegal street races around the city. While he’s usually too edgy to engage in a direct confrontation and prefers to flee whenever the situation gets heated, he isn't afraid to get into a fight. Finn knows how to navigate through dangerous altercations, relying on his quick thinking to help him get out.
