The Fraternal Order of Radical Ethanists, commonly known as FORE, was a fraternal order founded following the end of the civil war that formed after Confederate President Malachai Ethan surrendered to United States, and met with Midwestern Confederate sympathizers whom helped him form the order.

Background[]
FORE typical gets around on wagons such as Flatbeds, Haulers, Stocks, and Punches while some members are capable riders in which their choice of horse was typically either Ríoverde Rangers or Fieldtown Walkers. They main source of preservation was sourcing their money via moonshine-running and cigarette-running otherwise known as bootlegging and butt-legging respectively.
Over the years they have appeared to have devolved into radical violence which including serial rape and thievery as a form of sadism. Their sadism also extends to recreational torture, burnings, lapidations, and other forms of torturous methods of death.
Events of Grand Theft Auto: Black Hand[]
Riccardo first encountered the groups unknowingly while he was walking around in Rise Forest and was invited to share some moonshine with him in which they trick him into trying their special type of moonshine which eventually knocked him out allowing them to steal his clothes and weapons before raping him and leaving him on the floor of the forest in which he tracks them down to a lodge hidden the forest to recover his weapons before taking the shiners at the lodge as revenge before stealing their shine and taking it to Loft.
They later stole some shine from Cris's personal stash in which Valentino and sold it sent Riccardo to steal the money they made from selling it before burning the lodge down.
