In this DLC, players will have to work with the racer named Tony Herbert, who helps with Phil Schlosser. Players make sure to modify their cars to race cars, in order to race in the streets. Players can also deliver their cars to racing team transport trucks, such as the Sprunk Racing sponsored Vulcar Heather transporter.
