While driving in Johnny Zoo; a motorist being chased by another ACPD Police Cruiser and Elena joins the chase. The motorist turns out to be a member of the Mongolian-American Car Theft Ring, the Carjackers, and was deliberately leading the ACPD to an ambush. Elena fights her way through the ambush and was able to apprehend the initial Carjacker that led her to the ambush.

Benny Strait has ordered Jack Speed to kill three taxi drivers for refusing to give him rides around the city; James tasked Elena with saving the taxi drivers as the taxi drivers help them distribute crack around the city. Elena decides to bribe Jack into letting them go and telling Benny that he has completed the task.
James Wagner has learnt from the Asylum Flats Mental Institute that Benny wants Jack to start a gang war between the Carjackers and the Yakuza because he is bored. Elena decides that it is time to kill Benny Strait and Jack Speed. Elena uses a Traffic Light Camera to track down Jack before he kills his first Yakuza and kills him before going after Benny and using a sniper rifle to kill him.
James and Elena are sent to patrol the Red Valdez area. However, they are joined by Krystal Kripke. During a routine traffic stop; a gun battle breaks out between the three and the Neckbeards.
Captain Kaleb Barnes promotes Elena and James to Detectives and assigns them to the OCTF after they were attacked by the Neckbeards before sending them to the trailer park to apprehend Bryan Samuels.
Elena and James investigate the murder of Office Quinton Locke which leads them to a Yakuza drug warehouse. Elena and James managed to steal some of the drugs and have one of Salazar's Crew members take them before taking out members of the Yakuza.
Elena and James are sent to investigate a break-in at Sweetsmile when a member of the Loonies, Nacho Collins, tries to kill them before being shot at by an accomplice, Arthur Wilson, escape as they discover bodies of murder victims as they launch a city-wide manhunt for Arthur.
The hunt for Arthur is still on when a report from the Anywhere City Northern Hospital reports an armed man in hospital prompting Elena and James to join the task force at the hospital which turns out to be a Loonies ambush as Arthur believes that the cops killed Benny.
Elena contacts Mía Wintergreen to find out why trucks have stopped picking up Dean Wintergreen's chickens and Mía reveals that the Final Mission Sheriff's Department have arrested Dean for refusing to go to hospital for a medical check. Elena told her that she'll take care of it and manages to break Dean out of jail.
Mía sends Dean and Michelle into town to collect some shopping when they are sidetracked by Martin stealing Dean's wallet prompting Dean to chase after him before being cornered by muggers in alley with bad listening skills before tracking Martin to a recently dug up plot south-east of Bullworth
Michelle tells her father about her friend's, Renae Strongarm, suicide due to bulling received at Bullworth Academy about her weight before telling her father that the police refuse to do anything to bullies, however, she asks her father to do it instead. Dean initially refused but later agrees to deal with each of the bullies. Dean starts with Rhyce Palmer.
Michelle gives the name of the second bully which is Nicholas Martin. Dean heads off the deal with him by first playing poker with him followed by following him home and then eliminating him after setting off some explosive in his bedroom.
Dean is sent by Michelle after Emily Niven and Michael Simpson while they are out camping. Dean joins Michael for a hunt before eliminating him before locating and going after Emily.
Michelle tells Dean that his final target is supernatural-genre TV star, Lola Mendoza. Dean learns that she was shooting for the popular series, Chronicles of the Undead, in Piggsy.
An informant that has been ratting out on the Carjackers is planning to name Stepan as one of the chop shop workers. Stepan sends Elena to eliminate his police protection and allow the Carjackers' contact, Hunter Speed, to dispatch of him.
Manuel told Elena that the Mayoral elections was coming up and believed that Electoral Fraud will play apart in getting Gray Thompson into office. Elena asked how she can help the process and Manuel told her to kill the Yakuza that are backing him.
Manuel informs Elena that the Kovski Bratva and Yakuza have signed a truce to get Gray into office so they could manipulate him while in office. Manuel sends her to disrupt the meeting and steal the fake ballots.
Manuel informs Elena that mayoral candidate, Tobey Nelson, has been hospitalised as a result of an attack coordinated by Kovski. He tasks Elena with killing one of Grisha Kovski's most-trusted Bratva member and niece Margarita Kovski in retaliation.
Manuel and Elena watch the mayoral election and watched as Gray won as a result of electoral fraud. Manuel told Elena to deal with Gray and put end to the issue.
Dean receives a ghost phonecall, and gets Elena to help him track to an Insensato Cartel plantation where they encounter Joaquin Insensato Jr. Joaquin recognizes Dean and told him that he made a mistake killing his father 22-years-ago before a gun battle ensued after Joaquin ordered Dean to be taken.
While preparing for the attack on the Insensato Cocaine Plantation; Mia asks Dean and Elena to pay for some equipment so they can try their hand at starting rice paddies which they were attacked by deputies from the Final Mission Sheriff's Department arrived to try to arrest Dean resulting in an inter-cop battle.
Robert asks for Dean and Elena to meet him in order to discuss getting additional money for the equipment in which he'll need them to get ₭6540 which will take a month to mine and put on a chips which is time they don't have.
James meets Dean and Elena at an old lodge at Promised Lake in which he informs Dean and Elena about a convoy that the Cashes were using to Convoy caring the Mephedrone-laced Beer, and wants to intercept with help from Dean and Elena in which they agree.
James, Dean, and Elena are ambushed by Cash ranchers and security as they met up in the wilderness to discuss their next course of action. Prompting Dean and Elena to fight back before going after Angelica Cash and Austin Cash respectively.
Robert talks about the choice to use Mephedrone, MDPV, and Methylone was due to dogs being unable to detect bath salts in which Elena states that it is toxic and doesn't want to kill her buyers, however, Robert told her that he wasn't suggesting that she make bath salts but they were going to their own product in which he asked Dean to help with by starting a coffee farm before telling Elena that he has been in touch with a real mental calculator that was a prodigy when it comes to chemistry.
Mía invites Dean to watch the television with her when Elena arrives to join them when the Insensato Cartel arrive to attack the Ranch with them managing to destroy most of Dean's chicken coups before forcing them out of the house. Mía, Dean, and Elena are kidnapped by Brasilia Marchador and thus Dean and Elena are rendered unplayable following this mission.
