The Emperor HVR-BRD is a hoverboard featured in HD Universe. It is the second hoverboard featured in Grand Theft Auto series.
Description[]
Its design is partly based on the Lexus Slide and inspired by the Hoverboard from Fortnite. The design features the LED rainbow lights on the front and the small rocket engine on the rear. It also can be customized inside a Terrorbyte.

The HVR-BRD's controls are the same at the Oppressor Mk II. The vehicle had no features and weapons compensate it with its speed and the inability to lock on it with homing missiles and miniguns. The HVR-BRD is perfect resupply and selling missions because enemy players can't kill another player as easily which is a normal vehicle to try.
