The Hakaitsuki-gumi is a Yakuza organization based in San Fierro, founded by Sora Hakaitsuki in the 1920s after breaking away from the Kantō-gumi.
Description[]
In 1990, the fifth iteration of the Hakaitsuki-gumi was led by Shin Koshinuke as its Oyabun, upholding the code and practices that Sora Hakaitsuki had established 61 to 70 years earlier following his breakaway from the Kantō-gumi.
In 1990 - members of Yakuza typically were attires of different colours but always incorporated red into it. With first gang ped wearing a deep blue outfit along with black boots, and black gloves with red stripes on the sides of pants. The second gang ped wore a white and gold attire with tennis shoes that had red laces, and red-rimmed sunglasses. The third gang ped wore an outfit with black and blue colouration with a red Y in sans font on the back while the fourth gang ped wore an outfit consisting of a imperial blue jacket with the sleeves cut-off over a deep red polo t-shirt, cream-coloured pants, black-tip red shoes, and red finger-less gloves.
