Biography[]
- Austin Tyko: "This wasn't part of our DEAL."
- Harold Parson: "Hey, MY part of the deal is over, sport. You got your family, and I got my demolition crew coming over to knock this place to the ground."

Harold Parson is an entrepreneur who owns many casinos and hotels along the strip. Despite not looking very tough, Harold has enough skills to hold his own in a fight. At some point in the game, he meets Austin Tyko and tells him that he will pay him if he just runs a few errands for him. Austin never sees any of the money that Harold spoke with him about but Harold did manage to reunite Austin with his family. Harold then tells Austin that he owns the home that Austin's parents used to stay at and he's going to destroy it so he can build more properties.
