The Hopkins Ranch is a homestead in the Bullworth County owned by Hector Hopkins and the his family. It is a corn, avocado, and barley farm which allows Hector to see a large sum of cash inflow especially due to growing the barley which was used to supply Carcer City with its Hopkins' Brand Lager.
Description[]
The Hopkins Ranch is a 225-acre property with metal barns, avocado fields, corn fields, and barley fields. The family house was made out of shipping containers with original smaller family home made from sheet-metal and wood. This original house includes a basement that was used in the 1890s to produce Hopkins' Brand whisky. The ranch also has three glass greenhouses, one of which has been repurposed into an illegal meadery.

Rivalry with the Wintergreen Ranch[]
The Hopkins Ranch and Wintergreen Ranch have a long standing feud with one another as Ashley constantly has her Ranch security harass Dean's family over property line disputes. She refuses to believe that the Hopkins Ranch property ends at the fence-line despite Dean proving for years that it does. Christy and Martin - the 28 and 20 year daughter and son respectively of the pair have often helped plot against Dean and his family tries to keep out of it. Tyrone and Odella were hired to head their property security. As Tyrone helped repair and upgrade their farming tools.
