Irene De Volta (nee Genoverse) is the wife of Isaac De Volta and a Junior Capo of the Heartworks Mob.
Biography[]
Background[]
Irene meet Kevin in the 1980s and began a relationship behind his parents back after they made it clear not to be with her. However, after Kevin's parents died in a car crash; he married her in '89 and the two went on to have a daughter. They lived in peace for while until 2010 when the production of ISSAC began and Isaac used the drug to compel the psychiatric workers to 5150; Kevin. Isaac took advantage of her grief and sorrow and eventually the two became married after she annulled her marriage to Kevin.

Irene asks Tristan to take her to meet with Kevin in order to check his progress so that he can get out and pay for all unpaid child support payments, but after they leave they are attacked by the Open/Close bikers and are forced to escape from them before Irene returns home.
