Ironistan (Arabic: الجمهورية العربية الحديدية), officially the Ironistani Arab Republic, is a fictional unitary dominant-party Ba'athist republic in the Middle East, mentioned in Grand Theft Auto: Arabian Delights as the home country of the protagonist, Kushim Al-Abir. Ironistan is bordered by Abdabia to the north, Fazikstan to the northeast, and the East Bank Sea to the south. The country itself and its flag are closely based on Syria and Iraq, though it's name is based on Iran and Pakistan.
