Kmeng Tomneung (Khmer: ក្មេងទំនើង, Gangster) is a Cambodian Criminal Organization led by Arun Phang which have prominent appearance in Grand Theft Auto: Life in San Fierro.
Design[]
Kmeng Tomneung has five sets of pedestrians appearance for each gang member with Kmeng 1 having short dark brown hair, a red plaid sleeveless jackets, blue polo t-shirts underneath, yellow pants, and black sneakers. Kmeng 2 had short dark ginger hair, red-stripped blue polo t-shirts, blue pants with a yellow stripe down each leg, and black and yellow sneakers. Kmeng 3 had dark brown shoulder-length, a tank top that was yellow on the left side and blue on the right, red cargo pants, and red sneakers. Kmeng 4 had dark red shoulder-length hair and moustache, a blue plaid shirt, cargo pants that were yellow on the right side and red on the left, white boots, and a yellow bandanna. Kmeng 5 was bold and wore a pair of reading glasses, a yellow plaid shirt with a red vest over, blue pants, red sneakers, and had a blue ascot.

Background[]
The members of Kmeng Tomneung were formed from Cambodian expatriates that fled from the Democratic Kampuchea and People's Republic of Kampuchea to escape the invasion and genocide respectively with Arun Phang's entire family having been killed in the war between Cambodia and Vietnam.
Events of Grand Theft Auto: Life in San Fierro[]
Hao Peng introduced Demetrius El Rey Ajedrez and Vincent Douglas to the gang following Adedayo Gong's desire to align with them in order to aid in his desire to take over San Fierro with Kmeng Tomneung hosting a street race to as the first half of an audition for a planned train robbery with an illegal air race being the second half of the audition in which Demetrius or Vincent won and partook in the train robbery.
Peng called Demetrius and Vincent over to Arun's place in order to plan a robbery against the Samseng to steal 21000 seriale in which Gong agreed to give 125 to Demetrius and Vincent each 750 to Hao, 1000 to Arun, and 900 to Narin Men and Dara Sek respectively with Adedayo keeping the remaining 17200 seriale to himself.
