The car, takes design inspiration from the Volvo S70 that was used by the North American police officers, with the rear lights inspired by the Ingot, and the grille front resembles the Volvo 900 Series.

This vehicle have the same stats of the Vapid Police Cruiser, but this time, it is faster than all the police cars. The front end of the car is dominated by the presence of a small push bar, which can strongly hit the vehicles during chases.
