The Progen Lancer MF1 was a car appearing in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas Living, after cut during the development of Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories.

Description[]

The name is an anagram of "McLaren F1", and it is probably based on one. It also shares its name with a popular road and rally car, the Mitsubishi Lancer. It suggests it had a top speed of 230 mph, a RWD drivetrain and a mass of 1200 kgs. The car returns in San Andreas Living, which is based on the McLaren F1 GTR, with the influences from the original GP1, and can seen on public roads and gang wars.

The intials for the MF1 (excluding the number, as it is not a letter), are possibly from the word "MotherFucker".
If the "FlyUS Racing" paintjob in the game used when modified, players will see the "Powered by Übermacht" logo seen on the sides closely. This can be a reference to a BMW engine powered the McLaren F1 GTR.
