As with other games in the HD Universe, Light & Shadow allows access of in-game designed internet. L&S expands the functionality of the internet even more, adding more interactivity that ties with the game world, especially with various con operations.
The Internet can be accessed via computers and each of the protagonist's smartphone, and websites will now feature distinct design when opened from mobile. Some of the websites can only be accessed via computer, which available in safehouses or internet cafe.
All pre-existing websites are redesigned to match their real-life counterpart' designs in 2017.

- Eyefind (Google) - Act as the primary web portal when browsing websites.
- Eyefind Mail (Google Mail) - An e-mail service website, serving as communication medium in several missions.
- Eyefind Maps (Google Maps) - Initially planned as an interactive website where the player can access a detailed satellite map of Vice City and its surrounding. The feature was scrapped for making the pause menu's map obsolete.
- Eyefind Storage (Google Drive) - A cloud-storage service where files can be stored outside of hard drive's storage.
Social Networks/Media Hosting
None of the three protagonists own a personal social network accounts. In some con operations, however, the protagonists create various fake social accounts to sustain their cons as effort to further deceive their marks. Upon completion of the cons, the accounts will be deleted.
- Lifeinvader (Facebook) - After the death of Jay Norris, the new CEO was suspected to sell users data to the government, as well as using bots to control users accounts.
- Bleeter (Twitter) - Include a "social point" rank system, which collected by its users from supporting any social movements, expressing their opinions, and even having a diverse friendlist.
- Stitch (Twitch) - Online streaming service aimed for rage and toxic video game players.
- Xlusive (OnlyFans) - Attempting to legalize sex workers. Viewers can pay money for "live show" from its users.
- Love Meet - Cheap dating websites. Full of scams and freaks.
- Hush Smush - Safer dating website where membership costs $500 for men and is free for women.
- Golddiggers (The League/Luxy) - Dating website exclusive for elites and millionaires. Membership requires official document of applicant's wealth information.

Despite some missions require interaction with stock marketing websites, the player cannot do interactive stock trading like in V.

Based on real-life deep web, this is where player can access for unique websites dedicated for criminal activities, or straight up disturbing rabbit hole stuffs. Some websites also provide information of in-game collectibles or side missions, similar to whattheydonotwantyoutoknow.com in IV.
- Professionals - A website for contract killing service. The player can actually find informations about Maria Vinogradova or The Curator in this website, including info about canonical death counts based on player's current progress.
- The Deaths of Founding Fathers - A website dedicated to American government's corruptions. The player can find in-depth informations and evidences of corruptions, such as the FIB.
