Livingston D.C. is the capital of the United States of America. The enclave most notably serves as the primary center of the three branches of the federal government. Along with the Octagon, it is also home to many of the nations most well-known monuments.

The Octagon
A highly complex, joint military and civilian facility shaped as such. Serves as the designated headquarters for the Department of Defense.
