Loonies, formally Benny Strait's Happy Fun Seekers and Whackos until Benny's death, Collins's Eccentric Seekers and Whackos, is the informal name of Benny Strait's crime syndicate. After Arthur takes over following the death of Benny; the Dissociative identity disorder completely abandons the Asylum Flats Mental Institute in favor the unused Recreational Center in Sweetsmile.

Members of the gang are the inpatients of Asylum Flats Mental Institute as well as few other members outside the hospital. Members of the gang typical wear lightgreen clothing while their gang variants of the Dementia have a number of lightgreen smiley faces on them. They are known for the acts of domestic terrorism in which Benny will often get members and associates to destroy certain targets.
The institutionalized members like Benny Strait wear light green hospital gowns or light green straitjackets while members on the outside wear either light green shirts with black pants and brown shoes, light green sweater with black pants and light green shoes, or black jacket, dark green shirt underneath, dark blue pants, and red shoes.
It is through Doctor Funbags; Benny is able to make contact with his associates. While most members share similar mental illness others have their own struggles. Benny Strait suffers with an unspecified variation of schizophrenia, Jenny Acute has severe Borderline personality disorder, Lance Chronicle has Narcissistic personality disorder, and Arthur Wilson has Dissociative identity disorder.
