Melissa Kimila is an American woman as well as primary antagonist and overarching antagonist of Grand Theft Auto: Four's a Party
Personality[]
Melissa is an acquisitive, vindictive, tenacious, and indifferent woman. She is also greedy alas she starts gang wars in Duggan County and Bullworth County just to raise funds for law enforcement as well as to use for her gains. She even goes as far to drive ranch owners into fight others after convincing Fad industries conduct their illegal gas and oil fracking companies by building fracking machines and pumpjacks on their properties either by consent or pressuring them into selling their properties.
Despite her dark nature; she is soft spoken and always addresses people as either "good sir" or "good madam" showing a display of respect in her dialogue and it's due to this she is able to convince others of her good person facade.

Melissa is a 61-year-old Caucasian American woman with greying ginger hair, hazel green eyes, aged fair skin, and has a missing front tooth. She often wears a two-piece suit and sometimes alternates between pants and pencil skirts.

Melissa was born to an American-born Canadian-Australian father and an American-born Italian-French mother.
At the age of 20; she gave birth to a twin son and daughter; Franco Thompson and Francine Diaz. Franco had a son at 18 named, Frankie Thompson, and Francine had a son and daughter at 21 and 24 respectively named Justin and Justine respectively.
