1. Something Easy - Hand out pamphlets to the neighbourhood.
2. Calling A Tab - Go to the customer and acquire his tab.
3. Dusty Basement - Clean out the store's basement before the inspection.
4. Employee of the Week - Help the Manager recover some lost shipment.
5. Payday - Head to the Post Office to receive your payments.

1. Inspection Day - Accompany Stacey Monroe to Pizza This for inspection.
2. Lost Files - Recover some lost files for Stacey.
3. PISS Compliance - Inspect a company's to ensure its compliance with PISS regulations.

1. An Expensive Purchase - Help the Emperor Manufacturing Company transport an old car to their factory.

2. The Rat Displacement - Stop Harold Douglas from ratting Broderick out to Tyler.

1. Monroe - Buy back a Monroe with modified transmission.
2. Tezeract - Break into a CEO's house and steal the GT Spoiler from his Tezeract.

1. Off The Brooke - Track down Infernus Brooke and eliminate her.

1. Reaper - Repossess a Reaper with an EMS upgrade 4 from a sorority girl.
2. DOA Toros - Steal the Mudguards from a DOA Agent's SUV.

1. This is Not Sex Ed - Break into a SRS Warehouse.

Miranda Bauer ()

1. Truck Stop - Stop a truck with a shipment of ethanol and steal it.
2. A Volatile Situation - Break into a pimp's house and steal the money owed to Miranda.
3. Armored Car Clash! - Destroy three armored stockades carrying money from the local banks.

Severino Konrad ()

1. ⌥ Opt+⌘ Cmd+Esc - Steal an Earlygirl Keyboard from the Tomato, Inc. office.
2. Give it the Old College try - Break into the College of Canusa and destroy all Earlygirls.
3. Hard Reboot - Save as many people as you can from QwertyBlues.

Poppy James ()

1. A Fisher of Men - Go to the Goldrock River to fish for trout with Poppy.
2. Un-Bear-Able - Stop a Grizzly Bear that's running amok in Poppy's neighborhood.

Tyler Schneider ()

1. A Gift for the Seáns - Tyler wants Tyrone to steal a Cyclone and Cyclone II from a Coil auction event so that he can said them to Seamus Seán.
2. Handle With Care - After an Ammu-Nation refused to send a supply of grenades to a client of Tyler's; he tasks Tyler with stealing one if their vans.
3. Invalid Delivery - The Postal Service refused Tyler's orders to deliver a couple of packages to a client containing heroin and so he sends Tyrone to take out three vans.
4. Tyler's Payday - One of Tyler's clients has skipped out on payments and so he sends Tyrone to recover the money.

Uriel Moser ()

1. Tyler's Package - Uriel sends Tyrone to recover a stolen package of heroin from a party.
2. New Age Scientists - A mysterious group of armed scientists attack a convoy to which Uriel sends Tyler to investigate.
3. Hardened Deliveries - Uriel sends to Tyrone to steal a van that is transporting a shipment of experimental Viagra.
4. Untested Products - Uriel has Tyrone investigate a warehouse of the experimental viagra after learning that their formula includes similarities to LSD.

Miranda Bauer ()

1. Unexpected Heat - Miranda learns that the DOA was closing in on one of Tyler's warehouses and sends Tyrone to clear out it out before they arrive.
2. Burning Desire - Miranda sends Tyrone to check the house of an associate which was than set ablaze by an unknown party forcing Tyrone to recover Tyler's heroin and escape the house.
3. Resignation Notice - Miranda tells Tyrone that the arsonist is one of Tyler's apprentices that initially refused to work for him and sends him to eliminate the apprentice.
4. Simple Orders - Miranda tells Tyrone that Tyler wants him take bus filled with his other "apprentices" and drive it to a secured area for it and the apprentices to be torched.

Angela Simmons ()

1. A Fair Punishment - Angela invites Tyrone over for a drink when Tyler, Miranda, and Uriel kidnap them as they inform him that they are aware of Tyrone's indirect way of killing and that they don't approve of it before burning apartment.

Part 3 Missions

Part 3 has a total of 20 missions.

Tyler Schneider

1. Science Friction! - Tyler forces Tyrone to destroy an SRS research building as punishment for his methods in assassinations.

Miranda Bauer ()

1. Fight! Fight! Fight! - Miranda has Tyrone fight through the Hermanos dos Hermanos and Salvatore mobsters that want to kill him for the death of Theodore Diogo
2. Speed On Demand - Miranda has Tyrone recover Tyler's amphetamine supply before the Salvatores steal it and take it out to their other warehouse.

Uriel Moser ()

1. Sober Money - Uriel sends Tyrone to a meeting with the Pißwasser CEO, Wolfgang Dietrich, to pickup some money for Uriel, however, its ambushed by armed scientists.
2. The Ambush Reaction - Uriel has located a base of operations for the SRS scientists and wants him to destroy their Artificial Reproduction Lab.

Stacey Monroe ()

1. No Delivery - Tyrone meets with Stacey where he tells Tyrone that the Fitztaco CEO was refusing Tyler's orders to open a delivery option and sent three car bombs to three different restaurants to pressure the CEO. Stacey asks Tyrone to disarm the car bombs before they go off.
2. Heads Will Roll - Stacey gets Tyrone to protect three Fitztaco managers from Salvatore Hit Squads.

Broderick Kenway ()

1. The Diogo Recurrence - Broderick had Tyrone to meet up with Candice Shay and Brandon Carter in order acquire a package from one of Tyler's van when Hernan Diogo and his Hermano dos Hermanos attack them.
2. The FIB Utilisation - Broderick gets Tyrone to steal a car full of amphetamines from an FIB Impound, get the attention of the FIB, and leave the car parked in front of Tyler's drug warehouse.
3. The Seizure Reaction - Tyler sends his men to the campgrounds angered by Broderick getting his amphetamine seized to which Broderick gets to a sniper rifle from the watchtower to avoid being seen.
4. The Plane Approximation - Broderick informs Tyrone that a cargo plane belonging to Tyler was arriving at the airport and asks Tyler to shoot it down with a Homing Launcher he has left at the airport, and collect Tyler's cargo.

Kieran Haroldson ()

1. Beer & Wine - Kieran asks Tyrone to steal a truck containing Ethanol from Miranda that was stolen from him.
2. Farewell to Brooke - Kieran has Tyrone join him his helicopter armed with a rocket launcher as they protect Stephen from Tyler's men as closes down his office in Canusa and decides to return to Bayou City, New Austin.

Tyler Schneider ()

1. Schneider's Rage - Furious that Stephen and Coil as left the city, and won't be able to use their weapons anymore. Tyler orders Tyrone to kill Stephen threatening to kill Odella if he doesn't comply and also telling Stephen that Tyrone was the one that killed Infernus.

Broderick Kenway ()

1. The Salvatore Resonance - The Salvatore Crime Family proceeded to attack the campground in to kill Tyrone with Broderick, Candice, and Brandon helping before eventually Michael Salvatore agrees to call a truce and accept defeat.
2. The Diogo Elimination - Broderick tells Tyrone that he would need to kill Hernan in order to focus on going after Tyler.

Kieran Haroldson ()

1. Rigged to Blow - Kieran gives Tyrone a box of explosives and tells him to use them to destroy two of Uriel's armored cars and his amphetamine factory.
2. The Collaboration Alternative - Kieran and Broderick worked together with Tyrone to sabotage Miranda's armored vehicles to prevent them from being use.

Tyler Schneider ()

1. Malicious Compliance - Tyler tells Tyrone that he will have some threats when he takes over and tells him to eliminate Odella - citing that she would be a distraction. Tyrone after being forced out of Tyler's building decides to maliciously comply by instead going after Uriel instead and killing him before taking Odella to airport and in order to get her out of the crosshairs.

Miranda Bauer ()

1. Cleaning House - Tyrone arrives at the orders of Tyrone at the Combat Tenpenny Apartments as Miranda needs his help to track down Uriel's killer, but instead he proceeds to fight his way through Miranda's protection before taking out Miranda.

Part 4 missions

Part 4 contains four missions in total. Poppy James ()

1. Goldrock Theft - Poppy asks Tyrone to take her to the Goldrock Museum, but their outing is interrupted when a thief steals display prompting Tyrone to give chase to recover it.

Severino Konrad ()

1. The Baby QwertyBlues - Severino tells Tyrone that QwertyBlues has finally cut away from Tyler along with a number of businesses as Tyler's men arrived to try to force them back into his pocket forcing Tyrone to use Severino's provided Sniper Rifle to protect them without Tyler finding out about his involvement.

Broderick Kenway ()

1. The Schneider Solution - Broderick sends Tyrone and Stacey Monroe to finally deal with Tyler Schneider once and for all.

Stacey Monroe (22px)

1. The Scientific Revolution - Stacey shows Tyler that Angela, Taylor, Candice, and Brandon have all be killed when suddenly trucks filled with chlorine gas began exploding throughout the streets with Stacey and Tyler confused as Kieran arrived to tell Tyler has been played from the very beginning as he revealed that it was Broderick that forged his documents to get him to study at the College of Canusa as means to use him to eliminate Tyler and his company. Broderick was revealed to be the true mastermind of everything that has happened with Maks joining them as they rush to College of Canusa to save the city from Broderick Kenway and the SRS.

Side Missions

• Paramedic - Save citizens in need. Completing all fifty-one of these missions will award the player an extra 123567 EXP and ICEXP
• Vigilante - Track and eliminate criminals. Completing all fifty of the mission will award the player an extra 123567 EXP and ICEXP
• Fight Club - Take part in underground boxing matches. Defeat all twelve champions will award the player an extra 900000 EXP and ICEXP as well as $900000.
• Shooting Range - Learn to shoot at the Ammu-Nation Shooting Range. Completing twelve challenges will award the player an extra 12000 EXP and ICEXP
