The following is a list of missions featured in Grand Theft Auto: Songs from the Bayou. In the game, many missions are available at the same time from multiple characters, so this list does not reflect any required chronological order of completion. Each character's respective missions, however, can only be completed in the order listed. And, of course, some characters and their respective missions may not be unlocked until certain missions are completed.

Dive into the sound in order to get to Katrina La Roche's yachet, dodge sharks and other potential threats in the way, and plant charges on it to sink into the Caribbean.

Aleksandra finds the body of a hurricane survivor mutilated near the shelter with a similar document to the one she stole from the Derby Ring after killing Van Long.
Zaklina meets with Guinevere Johansson known from supporting role in superhero movie "Gold Dude" as "Natasha Votts", however, it goes wrong when Guinevere is rude to her and xenophobic prompting a fight before Aleksandra was forced to drag Zaklina away and escape the police.
Zaklina tells Aleksandra that a stage performer at the La Fin Theatre (La Petit Theatre) known only by their moniker "The Bloomer Queen" has stolen money from the charity meant to rebuild and repair the damage houses from the Hurricane, and tells her to learn which performer is "The Bloomer Queen", Aleksandra was told to get the money back, and kill the "The Bloomer Queen".
After learning from Aleksandra that "The Bloomer Queen's" gave the stolen charity money to their co-performers known simply as "Happy Mime" and "Sad Mime"; Zaklina sends her to the internet cafe to learn their real identity to avoid the IP Address leading back to her and Aleksandra, and learn their real names in order to use a Police Computer to locate them.
Olivia takes Zaklina and Aleksandra to a park for an outing after all restaurants are closed and buy some dinner from a Hot-Dog Van when Anti-Maskers invade their outing and try to force them to de-mask resulting in a brawl before being forced to flee when cops are alerted.
Olivia sends Aleksandra to meet-up with one of the members of the peaceful anti-mask protest rallies, Gloria Radcliffe, to discuss the recent violence of the more fanatical Anti-Maskers group. However, the meeting goes south when the Bayou Boyz attack the protest rally forcing before driving Gloria to safety.
Olivia and Aleksandra go to a dispensary to pruchase marijuana for Olivia's growing cancer when they are forced protect the owner from violent Anti-Maskers after he denied them entrances due to their lack of masks.
Olivia asks Aleksandra to take her to hospital for a cancer check-up. During Olivia's appointment - Aleksandra's face-mask is ripped off her face and stolen by an anti-masker when violent pro-mask activist mistake her for an anti-masker and force her to temporarily flee from the hospital before purchasing a new mask and returning.
Anthony asks Aleksandra to go into Layafette Cemetery and stop a group of grave-robbers that are stealing from the damaged tombs caused by the hurricane.
Anthony and Emily are going on a date wants Aleksandra to chaperone them and protect them from potential threats. However, the Gator Munchers gang disrupt the date due to Aleksandra killing the group they paid steal from the cemetery.
Anthony tells Aleksandra that he received a tip that the cops are planning a raid on a warehouse that the Les Renégats used to store their ecstasy in so, he employs her to help move the drugs to a new location before the raid happens.
While discussing the recent raid; Anthony discusses with Aleksandra about a way to hit back at the Gator Munchers, however, while changing a lightbulb in his house; Anthony falls off his ladder, hurting himself and forcing Aleksandra to rush him to hospital.
Gloria tells Aleksandra that the Bayou Boyz have an old rundown shack in the now flood marshes that mostly survived the hurricane was being used as a manufacturing den for making ecstasy-laced vaccines and asked her to tear it out down.
Gloria takes Aleksandra with her to attend an Anti-Masker rally with her as Aleksandra listens to the rally leader spout nonsense about mask wearing and proves him wrong, however, the rally is attacked by the Bayou Boyz out of revenge for their drug den.
Gloria asks Aleksandra to take her to a protest rally held on a raft in Eastern New Bourbon, however, the protest goes wrong when SMALL advocates invade the protest to kidnap potential prospects.
Aleksandra decides to do some digging into the document that she learns of a party at the Legendary Jazz Park (Musician Legends Park) on Bourbon Street where she meets several high-profile guests which are; Samantha Wells of the Wells Kerosene & Gas Co., Ethan Miller of the Pristine Sewerage and Water Plant, Chonnie Carmichael a successful stage director at the La Fin Theatre, Jacob Renaud of the Renaud Meat Processing Plant, and finally Isaiah Tremblay of the Tremblay Green Power Company.
Samantha sends Aleksandra to steal a post delivery truck and recover a letter bomb sent by the Seán Crime Family intended to be used to assassinate Samantha.
Samantha tasks Aleksandra with killing Davd after the Seán Crime Family refused to leave her businesses alone prompting her to send Aleksandra to a construction site to execute him.
Samantha tasks Aleksandra with overseeing some work at the construction site as Aleksandra gets Emily to do some research on the site to see for any connections to SMALL.
Samantha asks Aleksandra to drive her over to house, however, Emily reveals that the construction site has links to SMALL and as such Aleksandra proceeded to drive over to Pontdominique Park instead to eliminate her.
Chonnie tells Aleksandra that the playwright that Veronique Benoît hired and paid for the theatre was planning to split town with the Chonnie's Grand Show script, and wants her to recover as the script was legally the property of the Theatre.
Chonnie asks Aleksandra to checkout a car that's been left in the parking lot, however, Aleksandra suspect something is up and follows Chonnie to a penthouse.
Ethan tells Aleksandra that someone has been sabotaging the receiving stations that have been causing the sewage pumps to drain into water filtration tanks that it used to provide water to the city. He tasks Aleksandra with uncovering who's responsible and to fix the issue.
Jacob tells Aleksandra that the La Rouge Gang was heading to the processing plant to supply him with some party supplies in exchange from some decent cuts of meat and asks Aleksandra to collect them for him.
With Aleksandra recovering information from Chloe and Meryl for the second SMALL Compound. Aleksandra decides to the eliminate the De Beau family in order to cripple the cult as well as to strike a blow to the Escort Killer.
The Contact has Aleksandra track down a neurosurgeon that allegedly ties to a domestic terrorist cell, and has her steal the neurosurgeon's documents and kill the surgeon.
Meet with the Bank manager of the Fleeca Bank in Winchester, establish a new security arrangement, and the eliminate the rival Phía đông Dân Gian security crew.
Central asks Aleksandra to meet his drug dealer, however, it ends going wrong when they try to rip him off with him asking Aleksandra to eliminate the drug dealers, and recover his money.
Jean-Luc wants to rob a Stockade from Gruppe Sechs Security Depot that transport money for the Bank of Lemoyne, but needs Aleksandra to get a delivery manifest for which stockade to hit.
Jean-Luc sends Aleksandra to after Wayne Madison, a stock manager for Gruppe Sechs, to capture him and bring to Jean-Luc so - he can get the transportation changed to night time and route to the Bank of Lemoyne.
Jean-Luc told Aleksandra about two of his most trusted armored car robbers, Bryce and Gwen Tachard. He explains that they are a sibling duo with the older, shorter, and slower being Bryce Tachard with the young, taller, and smarter one being Gwen. The Brother-Sister duo helped with a number of armored car robberies in 2016 before going into hiding for the last four years to shake off the heat. Jean-Luc sends Aleksandra to recruit them for one more job.
Jean-Luc sends Aleksandra and the Tachards over to the Tequesta Area to rob the armored car. The heist goes awry when the Phía đông Dân Gian arrive to steal the score.
Jean-Luc learns that the Tachards and Wayne Madison were the ones to tip the Phía đông Dân Gian about the heist and tasks Aleksandra with killing all three and recovering the take that the Tachards' took.
Aleksandra assembled her team to raid the SMALL Main Compound in order to uncover the identity of the Escort Killer and to put stop their attacks against her and Emily.
Anthony Gioiellera introduces Aleksandra to King Marcus as he thanks her for dealing with the rat problem before asking another favour of her. He tells her that a crack dealer has been distributing on Marcus Mafia territory despite being told not and asks her to torch his house.
Aleksandra is called to the New Bourbon East Hospital after evidence of her violating patient privacy was presented to the hospital resulting her being arrested and fired from the hospital.

The State of Lemoyne vs Aleksandra Chorus[]
In this chapter - New Bourbon is no longer flooded but Aleksandra is being indicted after being framed for HIPAA Violations, Possession of Ecstasy, and Medical Malpractice. He moves time roughly three weeks since the flooding in which many places are starting to be rebuilt in Eastern New Bourbon and the floodwalls have been removed.
After being being charged for violating HIPAA as well as malpractice and possession of ecstasy; Aleksandra has been placed in a house in Sauvolle to await trial; as such Davina takes her out for drinks as they discuss how to get answers.
Pastor Aaron Gross tells Aleksandra about a special ordered Hearse that has been modified to be ballistic resistant and belonging to the Lakay Hustlers, and tasks her with driving it for the Irish gangsters.
With the offer to help her with her case; Ethan asks for her to recover a water truck that was stolen by the Phía đông Dân Gian, and bring it back to the plant.
Isaiah learns that residents and business owners in Carl Johnson Street weren't receiving power from the solar panels he has been distributing due to sun-blockers being installed and sends Aleksandra to destroy the sun-blockers.
