The District of Calcutta, commonly known as Percington, D.C. and also known as D.C. or simply Percington, is the capital city of the United States, featured in Grand Theft Auto: Arabian Delights as the central location. The city is closely based on Washington, D.C., and it's surrounding metropolitan area, such as Arlington.

Percington, D.C. is based on Washington, D.C. The city retains it's source's detail, personality and vibrance, with many places based on landmarks such as the House of Lords, the Percington Monument, the Hexagon, and the Barker Mausoleum.
The rendition of Percington, D.C. has versions of the seven wards that compose Washington, D.C., plus Arlington and Alexandria. Obriland is based closely on Ward 7 and Ward 8, Capitol Step is based closely on Ward 1 through 6, and Floral is based closely on the cities of Arlington and Alexandria.
