History[]
Phía đông Dân Gian was founded in 1961 by Vietnamese refugees. Arabella's grandfather Quy Tien along with a few others formed at an specified time and in time the gang crew into a Mafia. They employed the Les Renégats between 1979 and 1986 to distribute their cocaine before they went independent and developed into their own crime syndicate, however, Quy's son - Bay grew to resent their independence and upon taking over in 1992 as he felt that the 61-year-old was unfit to lead; Bay - the at the time 41-year-old - began going after the French-American Crime Syndicate's businesses and often attempted to run them out of town.
Arabella Tien at the time was only 21 years old in 1992 when she began acting as her father's second in command. However, she took over in 2002 after her father fell ill to pneumonia. In 2020; Arabella began to isolate herself due to the recent Pandemic.
