RIP Cristóbal Ferrera Mendez is a mission in Grand Theft Auto: Life in San Fierro given to the protagonist, Demetrius El Rey Ajedrez, by his mother Samanta Ajedrez Morales.
Plot[]
Demetrius was sitting on the bottom step of the stairs on the side of the property when he received a page from his mother that Cristóbal Ferrera Mendez's funeral was beginning soon and requested his attendance in which Demetrius was about to page her back was contacted by Gong whom called to get an update in which he confirmed that no one has come looking for Vincent before mentioning that he was about to reject his mother's request to attend Cristóbal Ferrera Mendez's funeral in which Gong told him not to reject the request and that he must honor his friend by going to which Demetrius thanked him for letting him go before hanging up. He got into his car before making his way back to San Fierro where he went back to his place to get into his suit before making his way over to Saint Alexandra House.
Demetrius entered the church, sitting next to Tito and Quinto as priest said a few words for Cristóbal before Demetrius stepped up to give his eulogy before telling everyone to head down to Crucifix Park for their final goodbyes with Demetrius heading back out to his car as Tito and Quinto go in the romero and began making their way over to Crucifix Park.
Upon arrival at Crucifix Park; Demetrius and the others had gathered around along with Isabel, Samanta, Tito, and Quinto as they were quietly placing flowers on Cristóbal's coffin before it was lowered into the ground unbeknownst to the group; a group of masked men were gathering nearby armed with carbine rifles and smgs as they appeared to be using hand signals to communicate with each other. Just as they were lowering, Cristóbal the masked men opened fire on the ceremony killing several friends of the deceased as well as Tito Domínguez in which Demetrius told Isabel to get their mother to safety before telling Quinto to fill the funeral crashers with bullets as they used nearby tombstones for cover. Demetrius, Quinto, and a few rifa generic goons fight off the attackers as more attackers arrived before Demetrius and Quinto headed out of the Park when Kevin Martinez Valdez approached Demetrius and Quinto as he told him that he was getting payback for ruining their meeting with the Taylors and demanded for Demetrius to give his car back to them, stating that they stole it fair and square before sound of distant sirens had them flee the area with Isabel racing over to collect her brother and Quinto as she drove away from the area.
The time progressed forward three weeks later; Demetrius was lying on his bed as he was staring at a frame picture of himself, Tito, Quinto, and Cristóbal before sitting up and placed the picture down as let out a sigh before standing up.
