The Robada State Correctional Facility (otherwise know as the R.S.C.F.) is a prison located western Hoover County, Robada and is the only jail located in Hoover County. It appears in the game Grand Theft Auto: Las Venturas.
Description[]
The R.S.C.F. is a large prison within a large empty patch of desert surrounded by plant life. It has large walls with four watchtowers at each corner. Despite being such a large building, it doesn't have much security around it, as the two main characters are able to escape with minimal effort at the beginning of the game
