Roy makes his first physical appearance in the game GTA: Las Venturas, where at first, Roy seems like the powerful mob boss of the infamous Gambetti Crime Family, but as the game continues, it starts to become more clear that Roy doesn't really have a clear idea of what he's doing and has been given more power than he knows what to do with. In the game, his right-hand man Jonathon Castello helps him make some of the bigger decisions.
