Saving the Taxi Drivers is a mission in Grand Theft Auto: Four's a Party given to the protagonist Elena Salazar by James. The starting location is the condemned warehouse in Viborg.
Plot[]
Elena was approaching James while he was cleaning the men's restroom with women's and trans' room already cleaned and set-up for use as James told her that the warehouse could potentially serve as a new hideout when they inevitably get too comfortable in Ferrium. Elena asked if Benny has made anymore plays to which he told her that he's been quite for a week and a half ever since they were put on the task force and hadn't heard anything from yet.
However, their institute contact calls Elena to let her know that Benny has made another move in which he was furious that the Anywhere City CabService refuse to give him rides around the city and was planning to send Jack to kill them. Elena thanked for the information before grabbing her disguise set and stated that the taxi drivers were helping them with their distribution of a crack to which James told her that he will stay in contact to make sure which taxi driver he was going after.
For Elena to locate Jack Speed; the player will have to read each of James' texts to get a general location and use waypoint on the map screen to have GPS path. After receiving the right information; Elena intercepts Jack while he was stalking a taxi in Comrade Hills. Elena talks with Jack into sparing the taxi drivers in which he refused as he wouldn't be paid if he doesn't complete his task in which she was shocked that he'd be willing to kill innocent taxi drivers just to make money to which he told her that unless she could fork over Ꞣ25; he'll continue his task to which Elena handed over a couple of chips. Jack told her that he will tell Benny that he completed the task before telling her that this was just a one off as he left. However, after left an passing cop took noticed of Elena in her disguise and noted that it was reported that someone matching the outfit was responsible for the 'botched' bombing in Cedar Park forcing her into a battle with cops.
After taking out the cops; Elena sneaks off to try to leave the district unnoticed. However, as soon as she was out of Comrade Hills; she calls James to tell him that she was going to change how she disguises herself as the cops while weren't able to recognize her as one of her colleagues but have recognized her disguise to which he suggests that she should change it more often before telling him that she will see him at the warehouse.
