Sink or... Actually Just Sink is a mission in Grand Theft Auto: Life in San Fierro given to the protagonist, Demetrius El Rey Ajedrez, by close friend and fellow Rifa, Quinto Cardeñoso.
Plot[]
Quinto was wearing dirty jeans, a dirty sweater, dirty boots, and dirty gloves in which slumped down on his sofa as Demetrius announced himself as he knocked at door before invited in as Demetrius asked about the weed farm in which Quinto gestured to his dirtied attire as Demetrius grabbed a couple of beer bottles before another knock at door got their attention with Demetrius answering to find Hank at the door along with his protection as the Australian Home Affairs Minister asked to speak with them. Quinto invited him in and they set in the living room with Hank revealing that a container ship was about to reach the city and explained that it was being used by the Taylor Society to ship a large amount of amphetamines into the city which supersede the opioid crisis given the amount that was being brought in with Demetrius asking what they could do. Hank revealed that had arranged a tugg and a jetmax to be docked at Pier 110 (Pier 80) and stored several explosive charges in the tugg in which one of them will have to take and used to sink the ship in which Demetrius and Quinto exchanged glances at one of another before agreeing to the task as they went and got into Quinto's turquoise Stallion.
Quinto questioned Demetrius if he was okay with sanking a container ship into the pacific in which he said he wasn't but the speed will cause them problem especially if has potential in dwarfing the opioid crisis. Demetrius got in the jetmax while Quinto got in the tugg as he told Demetrius to follow him in which Demetrius stated that Hank didn't even tell them what the ship looked in which Quinto told Demetrius to call him in which Demetrius told him that he doesn't have his number to which Quinto told Demetrius to follow him as a Sea Sparrow was hovering in the sky above them.
They road out into Pacific with as they searched around before noticing two container ships in which Quinto exclaimed that they're going to figure which is which as they got closer to the container ship in which the first container ship had was difficult to make out the crew but noticed that it was had the Fijian flag while the second container ship was had the Australian flag before Quinto pointed out that the crew of the Fijian container ship were white as he pointed out that Fijians aren't white. Quinto slowed down to allow Demetrius to jump across as he told him to place a charge on the hull. As he went into grab the charges - Demetrius was shocked at the size in which he took it after to attached to the hull before Quinto drove away as they were questioning on how they were going to get onboard.
Quinto reached the bow in which Demetrius planted the second charge in which Quinto suggested that simply just supposed to sink the vessel. Quinto suggested that Demetrius detonate the first two charges, but Demetrius disagreed and told him to the ship's middle on the other side while also telling him to keep them moving so - the crew won't see them, however, they end up being spotted just as the tugg was capsized by the ship with them jumping off to avoid the ship as a large explosion erupted from the tugg; damaging the hull.
A sea sparrow arrived as the pilot told the pair - he worked for Hank and was told to tail them to make sure nothing happens, and told them to get on as they were going with plan B. They got on the pontoons with neither able to get in the passenger seat due to a large duffel bag being in the way as Hank's man told Demetrius to blow the charges he had already planted - in which he did so causing more hull damage and bringing the ship to a stop as they flown onto the ship, and were given machine pistols as he told them that duffel bag had more charges and told one of them to take it while the other defended the other. Demetrius told Quinto to take the charges while he will defend him as Sea Sparrow flew off to keep its distance.
As the ship was drifting - Demetrius cleared the way to the cargo hold as he placed a charge in the cargo hold before resurfacing to the top and fought they way to the bridge where the next charge was placed before fighting over to the stern where the last charge was placed as Hank's man returned to pick them up with Demetrius missing helicopter and fell into the water as explosions erupted across the ship causing it to sink faster as Hank's man circled back to retrieve Demetrius and flew them back to Pier 110 with the man throwing a package to tell him that it was Hank's payment to them as he left. They checked to see that they've been paid a measly $1050 for the job as they decided to go their separate ways to avoid attention.
