- ❝For years, criminals across the country have gone on rampages for the express purpose of driving one of these for a short while. And they're not wrong: even if you hate cops, with a car like this, you might as well lick the boot for a bit. Eligible for customization at Benny's Original Motor Works.❞
- — Benny's Original Motor Works description.
The Vapid Stanier Cruiser Custom is a full-size four-door police sedan featured in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of The S.A.H.P. Update.
Design[]
Grand Theft Auto Online[]
The Stanier Cruiser Custom is an upgraded version of the Stanier Decommissioned, reverting it to its police specifications. It is essentially a copy of the Unmarked Cruiser, sharing almost the exact same design with very little change; the only difference between the Unmarked Cruiser and the stock Stanier Cruiser Custom is the lack of a rear partition and a pushbar, both of which can be reinstalled by customizing the vehicle. Like its service variants, the Stanier Decommissioned is based on the 1998–2011 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor.
Performance[]
Grand Theft Auto Online[]
The Stanier Cruiser Custom has similar performance to its police variants, including the higher top speed from the Unmarked Cruiser and the Stanier Cruiser Custom. However, its acceleration, handling, and braking have all been noticeably improved; a fully-upgraded Stanier Cruiser Custom can outrun all other Staniers. Like the Stanier Decommissioned, the Stanier Cruiser Custom's suspension is also "bouncier" than the other Staniers for unknown reasons, though this is very slight, is barely noticeable, and does not appear to affect the vehicle's performance.
Like all the Stanier-based cars, the Stanier Cruiser Custom is powered by a twin-cam Inline-4 laid longitudinally, coupled to a 5-speed gearbox in an front-engine, rear-wheel-drive configuration. It shares its engine sound with the other Stanier police variants.

Trivia[]
- The Stanier Cruiser Custom is...
- ...one of two emergency vehicles that can be customized (the other being the RCV);
- ...the only emergency vehicle to have or be a custom variant;
- ...the only emergency vehicle with more than two lightbar options; and
- ...the only emergency vehicle with multiple siren options.
- The Stanier Cruiser Custom has an unused livery that appears to have been the original "LSSD" livery. It is very similar to the one seen in game, featuring the same unit number, except it has a black-and-white design similar to the Sheriff SUV. It was likely removed to keep the "LSSD" livery similar to the Sheriff Cruiser seen in-game.
- The default radio stations for the Stanier Cruiser Custom are Music Locker Radio, Los Santos Rock Radio, and Non-Stop-Pop FM.
