The State of San Andreas is a state featured in several games. These games being Grand Theft Auto V, Grand Theft Auto: Las Venturas, Grand Theft Auto: San Fierro, and Grand Theft Auto: Los Santos Stories. In GTA Las Venturas, the state had Tierra Robada, a long mountain range along on the west side of the map. In GTA San Fierro, we had the city of San Fierro and other areas aswell. In GTA Los Santos Stories, it was mainly just Los Santos, but along with it were some new areas too. It is also featured in all of GTA V's DLC's.

Major Cities[]

San Cabrillo[]

Main article: San Cabrillo

San Cabrillo is based on the city of San Diego and was featured in Grand Theft Auto: Las Venturas where it was the main setting of four story missions. In them Austin Tyko and Kyle Miller drive into San Cabrillo while hauling many expensive cars to sell to someone in the city. Once there, Kyle plans a series of elaborate heists including robbing a train, infiltrating a soirée, and finally robbing a yacht party. Once these missions are complete, the city is only featured as a place for side missions and random events.

Red County[]

Returning from San Andreas, Red County is based on Orange County, California and Riverside County, California.

Rattennest[]

Based on Anaheim, California. Pißwasser beer was said to have been founded in this city.

Parkinson Beach[]

Overhyped surf town full of bros and beach bums.

Based on Huntington Beach, California. Players are able to surf waves on the coast.

Montgomery[]

Rural town.

Cahuilla County[]

Based on Riverside County, California and San Bernardino County, California.

Orilla[]

Based on Riverside, California.

Tierra Robada[]

Tierra Robada is a long mountain range spanning half the state of San Andreas that is comprised of dense forests and steep cliffs.

Delmar[]

Based on Tahoe City and Homewood.

South Delmar[]

Based on South Lake Tahoe.

Lake Delmar[]

Based on Lake Tahoe.

Tierra National Forest[]

Tierra National Forest is a remote wilderness where the air smells of pine and the only sounds are the crunch of dry leaves underfoot and the occasional distant scream of a hiker who’s just realized the kindly old man who invited them into his cabin doesn’t actually own it.
