Los Santos[]
- A priest
He finally arrived at Los Santos International Airport after lots of trouble, but now he meets new trouble - he doesn't know the way to his church.
CJ should drive him to Los Santos Church. While CJ are driving him, he'll refer a false connection between donation and salvation. - Avenging soldiers (determinant, conditional)
After CJ and Ryder stole the arms from Los Santos National Guard Depot, some soldiers were punished because of culpable neglect. So when CJ passes Ocean Docks, one of those soldiers notices CJ and call his colleagues to avenge themselves.
CJ can flee from them or kill them all. But if CJ chooses the latter, CJ will get 3-star wanted level.

- A guitarist
A female guitarist suddenly asks CJ to save her because some crazy loansharks gonna kill her. After killing them, CJ should bring her home at Ocean Flats.

Las Venturas[]
- A gambler (determinant)
There's a man aiming his head at the back of Ammu-Nation's Come-A-Lot branch. When CJ approaches and detains, he said he lost little thing in gambling but he wants to suicide because he thinks he already lost his luck. CJ can just watch his suicide and take his gun, or persuade him with Y and N keys to save himself.
If CJ answer correctly, he'll change his mind and ask CJ to bring him to his home at Prickle Pine. When they're arrived, he'll give the key of his house[1] as gift and eventually be killed by car accident.

Flint County[]
- Two gunmen (determinant)
There're two men arguing at Fallen Tree. They want to duel with each other but they need someone to witness them, so they ask CJ. After turning their back and walking, one of them is shot but other one don't want to let him die, so CJ should bring them with their car to the nearest hospital.
Alternatively, CJ can let him die by leaving the area or wasting the time, or kill both of them before taking their car. If CJ chooses to do that, the survived one will attack players.

- A man without memories (hidden)
Activated only after completing mission "Farewell, My Love...".
There's a man lying nearby of Montgomery Intersection. When CJ wakes him up, he says he lost his all memories and wants to get them back. After CJ brings him to several places, he finally remembers one place at Fern Ridge - Catalina's Hideout. CJ hates that place because of bad relationship with her - but when CJ turns around, the man is already disappeared.
There's no reward, but players can see the middle one among three graves at her hideout is also disappeared after this encounter.

Bone County[]
- A businessman (hidden, conditional)
Activated only after completing mission "Green Goo".
There's a man wearing suits and carrying briefcase at Las Payasadas. He says he lost his way after meeting his clients. CJ tries to help him, but he suddenly sprays strange gas on CJ's face and CJ passes out. When CJ wakes up, his sight is badly hazed and lots of 'zombies' is approaching him, so CJ must kill them all. After that, CJ realizes it was all dream.
