TEDFAC (Federal Taxation Enforcement and Drug & Food Administration Commission) is the revenue service for the United States federal government, which is responsible for collecting U.S. federal taxes and administering the Internal Revenue Code, the investigation and prevention of federal offenses involving the unlawful use, manufacture, and possession of firearms and explosives; acts of arson and bombings; and illegal trafficking and tax evasion of alcohol and tobacco products as well as protecting and promoting public health through the control and supervision of food safety, tobacco products, caffeine products, dietary supplements, prescription and over-the-counter pharmaceutical drugs (medications), vaccines, biopharmaceuticals, blood transfusions, medical devices, electromagnetic radiation emitting devices (ERED), cosmetics, animal foods & feed and veterinary products. It is based on the IRS, the FDA, and BAFTE.

TEDFAC was originally known as the Commission of Revenue & Food (CRF) until 1862 before becoming the Authority of Revenue & Food (ARF) and until 1953. Between 1920 and 1933 - it oversaw the activities of the Prohibition Authority which is based on the Bureau of Prohibition which had a same role..
