Treasure City is the second most populous city in the San Fierro County after San Fierro itself.
Description[]
Treasure City is based on both Daly City and Colma in the San Mateo County, IRL. It has population of at least over 93201 known to have mostly an Asian-American population. Neighborhoods of Treasure City include Susanne (Westlake), Martyr Heights (St. Francis Heights), Marianne (Serramonte), Luann (Top of the Hill), Hillside (Hillside), Darren (Crocker), Green Hills (Southern Hills), Odenshore (Bayshore), and Roseanne (Colma).

Treasure City is under the jurisdiction of the TCPD with them wearing an outfit almost identical to the VCPD in GTA Vice City and Vice City Stories with their police vehicles being black and blue instead of black and white.
