Vincent voiced his appreciation towards Benjamin before asking if he would be up for meeting to discuss purchasing his imitation of the Despair in which Rick agreed to the meeting and invited him down to the gallery in which Vincent agreed.
On his way to the Gallery - he received a page from Rick to not come to gallery, but didn't explain.
Vincent arrived at the Gallery in which he took note of a few Mananas, Buccaneers, and Tampas that were parked outside the gallery before going inside to find a security guard badly wounded and shot in the waist. Vincent asked the guard what had happened with the wounded guard telling him that the Nguyen Boys were attacking the gallery, Vincent asked where the security guards keep their uniform in which pointed him in the right direction with Vincent leaving the guard.
After stealing a security guard's uniform and combat pistol before heading out as he noticed a Nguyen which prompted him take out as more Nguyens were alerted to the gunshots. Vincent fought his way through the Nguyens as he called out to Rick passing the many bodies of the SF Fine Arts Security before reaching the second floor as more Nguyens tried to stop him. After taking out the remaining Nguyens; he managed to located Rick in a store room. Rick was surprised to see him with Vincent stating that the cops won't question a security dealing with the threat to the gallery. Vincent and Rick went to a small office as Rick looked at the painting of the Despair before going into a safe where he got out some money before closing it as he handed over, however, Vincent counted the money in which he only counted $1050. Confused Vincent told him that he had the painting appraised for $100,900 in which Rick smirked at him and aimed a pistol at him. Rick told him that the other $99,850 was going to the Nguyens as he stated that he was told that Vincent would try to claim full responsibility for the painting in which Vincent insisted that he didn't work for the Nguyens in which Rick admitted that he knew that as he explained that he allowed them to take out his security before stating that he was paid to help the Nguyen Boys not to mention that the he was able to now pay off the Nguyens to supply him with quality weed to take the edge off.
Vincent grabbed Rick's wrist moving it away from him before grabbing his revolver and putting a bullet in Rick's stomach which caused Rick to fall onto his backside clutching his stomach as he told him that nobody cheats him. Vincent opened the safe and grabbed a nearby duffel bag to fill it with $99,850 in $100 bills from the safe along with the $1050. Vincent placed the duffel bag over his sjpi;der before turning to Rick as he was still bleeding out... Vincent demanded to know who was paying him in which Rick told him that he'd be killed if he blabbed in which Vincent told him that he'll found out one way or another before putting a bullet in Rick's right eye as he left the office with the painting before noticing that Rick's finger was on the silent alarm and grabbed a nearby paper bag to cover his face after poking holes at act as eye holes as the Special Enforcers arrived by Special Enforcers and Special Cruisers as Special Enforcers armed with either Combat Shotguns or SMGs.
Vincent forced his way through the Special Enforcers towards the entrance before noticing that the Special Enforcers were surrounding his cheetah classic and decided that he was couldn't afford anyway identifying him through his car and decided that he was going to abandoned it until it was safe to collect before deciding to go back collect his clothes and stuffed it in the duffel bag before resuming in fleeing from the law. After losing the wanted level - Vincent made his way back to Fineman's Art Studio, where he grabbed a barrel and used it to burn the security uniform and paper bag before taking a couple of showers.
He walked out in just a towel as Caroline Bien-Aime was sitting on his desk with Benjamin Bien-Aime arrived in which he asked if he sold the painting in which he mentioned that an something uncalculated happened as he mentioned that Rick was trying to underpay him and was apparently working with a group that was trying to steal the painting. Benjamin was shocked and asked what happened with Vincent told him that he 'put the Nguyen' ambushers to bed avoiding using the mature words in front of Caroline and added that he didn't trust Rick from selling him out and thus eliminated him as well. Benjamin was uncomfortable with that knowledge Vincent killed Rick and told him that he won't rat him out as it was him that recommended Rick to him and instead will make an effort to make it up to him with leaving with Caroline as Vincent apologised for putting him in such a position.
