The rest of the world might have chosen the hoverboards and the monowheels, but you're a man of bulletproof nostalgia and a love for mopeds from hell. Are the few minutes the Ventoso roams the streets at the speed of light worth carrying a hundred pounds of dead weight back home? That's on you to find out.
— Official Description.

The Dinka Ventoso is a classic moped appearing in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories and reappears in HD Universe.

Design[]

Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories[]

Based on a late 1970s moped or a motorized bicycle, the Ventoso is evidently distinguishable by its compact framing and comes with a back-mounted, hard cover pannier, similar to the Pizza Boy. The Ventoso resembles a Piaggio Ciao moped with the front appearing more similar to a Honda Super Cub, but it is customized with an electric motor instead of a 2-stroke engine (this is evidenced by the lack of exhaust pipes).

HD Universe[]

The Ventoso returns to the HD Universe and it was based on the Honda Motocompo. However, the animal paw details are seen closely on the tire marks of the bike. The bike handles good and it has a higher top speed and higher acceleration. Much like the Urban, the bike has the paintjobs and might be customized. Appearantly, when customizing the bike with high speed of CPU and turbo equipped, this could make it faster.

Performance[]

Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories[]

Despite its appearance, the Ventoso performs apparently better than the Faggio scooter, with higher top speed, higher acceleration and lighter weight.
