Victor Osbourne is the protagonist of Grand Theft Auto: Blizzard City and he is also mentioned by Alex Joseph Lucas in Grand Theft Auto: Champaign Stories.
Biography[]
Victor was raised in a troubled household. He was comforted and calmed by listening to music and playing video games. When he was at school, he met a girl named Charlotte Campbell, they both eventually fell in love and started dating. Victor never met his father and his mother was an alcoholic with abusive behavior. He began hanging out with his friends (Ramsey, Chloe and Fox) to avoid bullying. He also taught himself how to play the guitar.
Victor proved skilled and talented enough to apply for a job at LifeInvader Canada. He worked there whilst hanging out with his friends.
